President/CEO

As CEO of Darby Public Strategies, a bipartisan consulting firm, and throughout his career, Kyle has assisted clients in a variety of industries such as real estate, healthcare, social and environmental justice, entertainment, professional sports, cannabis, cybersecurity, transportation, and logistics.  Through this experience, Kyle has built key relationships on both sides of the aisle at the state, federal, and local levels of government.

As former intern and constituent services representative with U.S. Senator Cory Booker (NJ), Kyle learned the inner workings of the federal government and its agencies tasked with solving matters that constituents face in New Jersey. 

In its inaugural year, Kyle served as the government relations strategist for celebrity-led criminal justice reform organization REFORM Alliance.  This allowed him to work closely with state & federal agencies, including directly with the White House, to bring probation and parole reform to impacted states around the country.

Kyle has also served as a government relations professional with Pennsylvania-based Wojdak Government Relations and Bellevue Strategies, and national law firm Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.

Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stockton University, Master’s in Public Policy from Temple University, and an Executive Education Certificate in Strategic Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Accomplishments:

• Led strategy and government outreach on behalf of a $250 million grant program for nonpartisan election and voting rights infrastructure during the 2020 presidential election
• In 2022, Kyle was named a 40 Under 40 honoree by City & State PA
• Successful in securing Pennsylvania state funding to community projects since 2017
• Successful in securing federal earmark funding for community projects in Pennsylvania
• In 2020, assisted clients with COVID-19 relief programs and navigating shutdown orders.
